They say quality never goes out of style, and for Brooks England this has held true since 1866, when John Boultbee Brooks first established a business in horse harnesses and general leather goods in Birmingham, England under the name JB Brooks & Co. An inauspicious start, but inspiration for the Brooks bicycle saddle struck soon after, and on 28 October 1882 the now world changing patent was filed.

For almost a century and a half thereafter, the Brooks collection of saddles, bags & accessories have become synonymous for a reassuring level of craftsmanship, that is to this day, still at the core of this most English of brands.

A small offshoot of the Brooks story we may be, but Always Riding is very pleased to have recently become an authorised Brooks bags & accessories retailer. From the new to the range Brooks Pickwick, to existing favourites like the Barbican, Brixton or Islington bags, and accessories including the trouser strap, we are stocking the majority of the Brooks bags collection with same day despatch, wrapped up with our now legendary customer care.
